For strata and property managers

One record the committee can decide from.

The difficult part is rarely the crack alone. It is a committee, a budget, occupied lots, and two or three explanations that do not agree.

The decision

A spend the owners will ask you to justify.

You have to explain a spend that individual owners will question. A contractor’s recommendation and an independent record of what the building is doing should not be the same document.

How we help

One record, shared.

A record everyone is looking at

Inspection findings and daily readings can be shared with the committee, the strata manager and the consultants the scheme has instructed, instead of each party relying on a separate visit.

Fewer repeat entries

Once monitors are placed, the trend does not require a new access appointment every time someone asks whether it is still moving.

Separation from the remediation quote

GMA has no underpinning or ground-treatment system to sell into the scheme. That is the point of instructing us before the works are chosen.

Monitoring

Where a daily record helps this decision.

Common property and selected locations can be monitored through the period the committee actually needs — before works, or after them, if the question is whether the repair held. The dashboard is readable without translating a survey file.

What we will not do

We do not decide whether a defect is lot or common property, and we do not replace the engineer a scheme instructs. Movement evidence is an input to those decisions.
