For builders and developers

Record the starting point before someone has to remember it.

Warranty arguments and neighbouring-movement claims are harder when the only record of the original condition is a memory. A baseline is cheaper than a reconstruction.

The decision

A reference that still exists when the argument starts.

You need a reference that is not only your own site notes, and not the document of a contractor who may later be asked to repair the same building.

How we help

Recorded while the starting point still exists.

A baseline while the facts are still available

Levels, visible condition and existing movement indicators can be recorded at completion, at purchase, or before works beside an existing building.

Monitoring only where there is a question

Devices are not a default extra. They are used when a specific risk — adjacent excavation, a known crack, a warranty exposure — needs a trend rather than a single date.

Independent of the repair

If movement is later alleged, the record was not produced by the company that wants to sell the remediation.

Monitoring

Where a daily record helps this decision.

Where monitoring is agreed, devices stay on site for the period that matches the risk. You see daily readings without sending someone back to re-level the same points.

What we will not do

A baseline is not a building permit, an occupancy certificate, or a warranty in itself. It is the condition record those later conversations otherwise lack. Certification stays with the licensed building surveyor or certifier.
