For insurers and claims professionals

What the property is doing, kept apart from what the policy does.

A claim needs a factual picture of movement. It does not need that picture folded into a view about cover. GMA provides the first and will not offer the second.

The decision

What to investigate, and when the file has enough.

You are deciding what to investigate, what to rely on, and when the file has enough evidence. A remediation proposal is a poor substitute for a movement history.

How we help

The movement, kept separate from the policy.

Observations, levels and a trend

Inspection records and, where time is the missing fact, daily monitoring of selected level and crack points.

Which investigation is actually useful

The property may need a plumber, an arborist or an engineer before anyone can speak to cause. We help identify that step. We do not take their conclusion.

Nothing about the policy response

GMA will not say a claim should be accepted, declined or paid at a figure. That remains your decision, with your panel.

Monitoring

Where a daily record helps this decision.

When the dispute is whether damage is progressive, a daily record over an agreed period is more useful than another single attendance. The dashboard can be read by the insured and by the people you have instructed.

What we will not do

We do not determine causation for policy purposes, liability, or quantum. Objective movement evidence can sit in the file. It is not a coverage opinion.
