Why the business exists
Homeowners can receive three confident explanations in a week. One person sees trees. Another sees drainage. Another recommends underpinning. A technical report can still leave the owner unsure what to do on Monday.
GMA starts in a different place: understand the building, understand the site, establish the evidence that matters, and only then decide what should happen next. That applies to owners, engineers, strata managers, insurers, builders and legal teams. The deliverable changes. The independence does not.
The goal is not to sell a treatment. It is to understand the movement well enough to make the right long-term decision.
